The German retailer joins forces with two of the most important names in Italian sportswear for an exclusive collaboration with a lot of summer taste to it.
We had already told you that Snipes is celebrating its twentieth anniversary this year. In order to celebrate it properly, they have decided to pay homage to nineties’ visual and music culture through the release of various exclusive collabs that focus on iconic pieces from the golden era of hip hop. Three months ago, it was the turn of Karl Kani’s traditional baggy looks: workwear and oversize denim. Now it’s time for FILA and Kappa: Tricot tracksuits, crop tops, bulky soles and slides.
This capsule collection gets its inspiration from the girls in the Italian streets of the nineties. White tones prevail in the ample outfits, with Kappa’s legendary banda making a statement everywhere. Our personal favorite? The white Fila Disruptors with red and green tones, which, to us, capture the vibes of the nineties’ Gucci and translate them straight to 2018.
‘Il tricolore pack’ will be exclusively available from June 23rd online and at select Snipes stores.
